  • Maximum of 1 cat or small pet ok with an additional $250 security deposit of which landlord reserves $100 for necessary cleaning/repair fees upon termination of lease and vacating the premises.
Note: This is a non-smoking, quiet property and the co-tenants on the first and third floor of the building strictly  request it.
